Pegasus Flight Support, Inc. — Effective September 16, 2026

Pegasus Flight Support, Inc. ("Pegasus," "we," "us") operates fly2mex.com (the "Site") and provides aviation trip support, ground handling coordination, fuel, and permit services to aircraft operators. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site and in the course of providing services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, company, aircraft tail number, origin and destination airports, travel dates, service requested, and any notes you include. When you become a customer, we collect the information needed to provide services — which may include crew and passenger details, passport and travel-document data required for customs, immigration, permits, and eAPIS filings, and billing information.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Site running and secure. See Section 7 for cookies.

Information from third parties. In the course of arranging services, we may receive information about you or your trip from airports, ground handlers, fuel suppliers, government agencies, and other providers in our network.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Respond to quote requests and inquiries
Arrange and deliver the services you request, including sharing trip details with the handlers, fuelers, and authorities involved
Prepare and submit permit applications, customs and immigration documentation, and eAPIS filings on your behalf
Invoice, collect payment, and maintain business records
Send operational communications about your trips, including by SMS where you have opted in
Operate, secure, and improve the Site
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to do the above:

Service providers in our network — ground handlers, FBOs, fuel suppliers, catering, ground transportation, hotels, and other third parties we engage to fulfill your trip. We share only what each provider needs.
Government authorities — civil aviation, customs, immigration, and other agencies, when required to obtain permits, clearances, or entry for your flight.
Vendors that run our business — hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and similar providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pegasus, our customers, or others.
Business transfers — if Pegasus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

4. SMS Messaging

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send SMS messages for two-way operational communication about services we provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation message. Text HELP to (469) 986-0250 or email help@fly2mex.com for assistance. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention

We keep quote and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer and trip records for as long as required to provide services, maintain business and tax records, meet regulatory record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Passport and travel-document data is retained only as long as needed for the filings it supports and applicable legal requirements.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing help@fly2mex.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the EU/UK GDPR — including the right to know what we hold, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Some information cannot be deleted while a trip is active or while we are legally required to retain it.

7. Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies and browser storage strictly necessary for it to function, such as remembering your cookie-banner choice. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this section and the cookie banner will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls at our hosting and email providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

Pegasus is based in the United States. Information you provide is processed in the United States and shared with providers and authorities in the countries where your flight operates, principally Mexico. By using our services you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries.

10. Children

The Site and our services are for aircraft operators and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Site. Passenger manifests may include minors' details supplied by the operator for required filings; we process that data only for those filings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
